Q: What makes the Grill Table smokeless?
A: The cooking features a state-of-the-art electric grilling system that doesn't have any flames so offering a cleaner, more comfortable dining experience.
Q: Is there an open flame or risk of fire?
A: No. All Grill Tables are 100% flameless and smoke-free, making it safer, more versatile, and ideal for both residential and commercial outdoor spaces.
Q: How does the built-in drinks cooler work?
A: Integrated seamlessly into the table, the cooler keeps beverages chilled throughout your meal. Simply add ice — no plugs, power, or fuss.
Q: Can I use the grill and cooler at the same time?
A: Yes. The grill and cooler sections are designed for simultaneous use without interference, so you can cook and chill drinks with ease.
Q: How many people can the 2m comfortably seat?
A: The 2m table comfortably seats 8 to 10 guests, making it perfect for gatherings, dinner parties, or relaxed family evenings.

Q: Are the Grill Tables weatherproof?
A: Yes. They have been designed with weather-resistant materials including premium outdoor wood finishes, and stainless accessories.
Q: What materials are they made from?
A: The tables are Grade A Teak and unlike cheaper rattan furniture, the grill table set is strong and will not collapse. It will not move and is outdoor furniture that you can rely on!
Q: Can it stay outdoors all year round?
A: Yes, though we recommend using a custom cover during winter or heavy weather for maximum longevity.
Usage & Maintenance
Q: Is it easy to clean after grilling?
A: Very. The brushed steel grill plates lift out for easy dishwasher cleaning, and all components are designed for low-maintenance use with maximum durability.
Q: What type of fuel or power does the grill use?
A: Grill Table sets operate on electricity. It plugs into a standard 240v 13amp outlet, making it energy-efficient and eco-friendly. The Intelligent Control System only delivers the power that is required. Average costs per hour are £0.55 compared to gas or charcoal at £3.33.
Q: Can the sets be used indoors?
A: They can be used indoors and more information will be available from us in 2026. We do always recommend however that you always take precautions and ensure it is being used in ventilated spaces like covered patios or garden rooms and conservatories. Always follow safety guidance in the manual.
Q: How long does it take to set up?
A: The Grill Table Sets are delivered by our team to the location you need it to be in (suitable access is required). They can either be delivered by our team (extra cost calculated at check out) or minimal assembly needed. There will also be manual to refer to.
Q: Do I need any special tools to operate it?
A: No special tools are required. The grill is plug-and-play, and the cooler is manual — just add ice.

Q: Do you offer delivery and installation?
A: We provide a white glove delivery & installation for a seamless experience if you require. Contact us for details.
Q: If flatpack how is the table delivered?
A: Selected courier and minimal assembly (ie just add the legs)
Q: How long will it take to receive my order?
A: The Grill Tables are handmade to order and although can be quite quick, we do ask for 4 weeks from order to delivery. Our advice is to order asap to avoid disappointment.

Q: Can I customize the size or colour?
A: Yes. We do have custom finishes and sizes upon request. An additional charge may be required if the request is very unusual but generally we do our best. Contact us for bespoke options.
Q: Do you offer bulk or trade discounts?
A: Exclusive pricing for hospitality, design, and trade professionals is available yes. It is always worth discussing your plans with us however because we find we are able to help you with the right quality product, pricing and value. Get in touch to learn more.

A: You can visit our stockists showrooms (shown on the bottom of our home page.) They have various styles and sizes.
warranty & support
Q: Is there a warranty on the Grill Table?
A: Yes. All Grill Table products include a 3-year warranty covering manufacturing defects and structural integrity. (vandalism or misuse is not covered)
